It’s hard to talk in too much detail about a fitness tracker, but let’s give it a shot.

Overall, this is a nifty and handy little guidebook that does make it easier to both lose weight and to keep up on all your important nutrients

One of the things that you’ll probably love the most about the Rockridge is how detailed it is.

It doesn’t just have spaces for things like “calories in” or “calories out.” It has a ton of different categories that you can fill out.

For example, under diet, there is space to track not only how many calories you’ve had in a day, but also how much sodium, fat, sugar, etc., you had.

Plus, there is also space to track other important information that can affect your diet, such as how many cups of veggies or fruit you’ve had in a single day, or how much water you’ve had.

The book itself is well-designed.

It gives you a lot of space, so even if you’re handwriting is big, you don’t have to worry about running out of space and having to write outside of the boxes.

And the book is easy to transport around so that you can keep it up-to-date while on the go.

There aren’t really any downsides to the Rockridge.

The only negative point that you can really bring up about it is that it only covers 12-weeks of dieting.

But, this partially offset by the low cost of the book, which means can you easily stock up without breaking the bank.
