The actual journal itself is loaded with valuable charts, graphs, and other things to fill out.
Obviously, there is the typical calorie counter, where you fill out how many calories you consumed during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but there’s also much more.
For example, you can also keep track of how much physical activity you did, as well as how many nutrients of each kind you consumed.
Everything that relates to your physical health can be tracked in this journal.
This isn’t strictly a diet journal either, it actually contains a good number of facts and tips for you. It contains tips centering around different ways to measure calorie intake, weight gain, etc.

So, of course, it lets you track calories and fat, but you can also track carbs, protein, and even how much water you’ve consumed in a day.
Plus, at the end of each day, there is a little notes section where you can jot down extra information that doesn’t already have an existing spot.
The journal lasts for 60-days.
With each day taking up two pages.
That may be a bit on the low side, but when you consider how affordable the journal is and how much information it allows you to keep track of, it ends up being a fairly minor complaint.
The only major complaint that one can levy against the journal is that it doesn’t have anything for keeping track of exercise.
For some, this will be a major issue, for others will be very minor as they may already use other apps for that.
