There are countless numbers of exercise bikes on the market today, so picking out one can be difficult.
You have to separate the ones that are worth your money from the ones that aren’t.
In this review, we will be looking at a very popular exercise bike, the Stamina Conversion II.
We will tell you whether you should get this exercise bike or not.
Key features
- Acts as both a rowing machine and exercise bike
- LCD display that displays time, speed, distance, pulse, and the number of calories burned
- Can act as a leg press, while also allowing upper body strengthening and bicep strengthening exercises
Is the Stamina Conversion II Recumbent Exercise Bike/Rower worth buying?
One of the best things about the Stamina Conversion II is the sheer versatility of it.
When you look at other exercise machines like treadmills, the number of things that they can do is quite short.
For example, with a treadmill, some of your muscles may get a workout, but the vast majority of the benefits will be cardio related.
That is not the case with the Stamina Conversation II.
You can use the machine as a leg press, enabling you to work out your leg muscles.
You can use it to work out your triceps, biceps, and forearms as well.
If you are looking for a machine that gives you a lot of value for the price, then this is a good option.
The Stamina Conversion II has quite a few quality of life features as well.
It’s easy to select whatever options you want with the buttons on the machine.
The LCD display is easy to read. Plus, if you want to increase the tension of the machine, you don’t even have to use a button.
The tension control is directly in front of the seat, making it easy to access.
It has eight different levels of resistance that you can use, so there are a lot of options when it comes to tweaking your workouts.
There is one glaring issue with the Stamina Conversion II and that is the foot pedals.
The foot pedals are simply too small. Even people with regular sized feet will need to be very careful when using the machine; otherwise, their feet will slip out.
Now, this is a relatively minor issue, but one that is worth mentioning.
However, it doesn’t detract from the overall machine, which is still a great purchase.
