Vertical climbers are unique exercise machines designed to target selected muscle groups, specifically the back, the thighs, the knees, and a few other muscle groups.
They also help with cardio, but not as much as treadmills or exercise bikes.
In this review, we will be looking at the FEIERDUN Vertical Climber.
What are its key features and is it worth your time? Let’s find out.
Key features
- 5 different height levels to accommodate different sized people.
Each rung has nonstick, comfort grips.
Durable folding design ensures that the machine lasts for a long time and that it can be stored easily.
Allows you to target your thighs, back, abdomen, biceps, knees, and many other muscle groups in a single workout.
Is the FEIERDUN Vertical Climber Worth a Purchase?
The FEIERDUN many not be your typical exercise machine, but it has a lot of positives.
In terms of sheer usefulness, the FEIERDUN blows many of its competitors out of the water.
Treadmills allow you to target certain muscle groups, in addition to doing cardio.
A vertical climber like this one lets you target a wide variety of muscle groups, while also getting some cardio.
You can also use the vertical climber to target some muscle groups that don’t usually get a good workout, like your thighs or your knees.
In terms of design, the FEIERDUN works quite well.
It’s sturdy, which is important for a vertical climber, given the nature of the exercises that you do with them.
It’s also very comfortable to use.
The grips are easy to hold onto, even with sweaty hands, and because they are comfort grips, they don’t leave your hands sore after a long session.
Moreover, when it comes time to pack up, you can easily fold the machine and stick it in a closet or under a bed.
While it is a well-made machine overall, there are some aspects of it that come across as a bit cheap.
For example, some of the screws and pins used in the construction of the machine are cheaply made.
They have a tendency to pop out during long workout sessions.
Now, this isn’t a big deal since you can just pop them back in and continue with your workout, but it is annoying.
Also, it would have been nice if the machine allowed you add some weight on to it, to make the workouts more intensive.
Again, this is a minor issue, but one that is worth nothing.
