There are many books out there on the topic of alternative medicine and rebalancing your energies.

One such book is called Energy Medicine for Women: Aligning Your Body’s Energies to Boost Your Health and Vitality by Donna Eden.

Donna Eden is a pretty famous expert on the matters of energy rebalancing and has written several books on the matter, most notable of which is Energy Medicine.

The book has been translated into numerous languages and has sold an impressive number of copies.

But, is the book actually worth your time and money?

Key Features of “Energy Medicine for Women”

  • 347 pages divided into 7 chapters.
  • Available in paperback or on Kindle.
  • Full of information from world-renowned expert Donna Eden.

Pros

For those frustrated or skeptical of modern medicine, then this book provides a good, alternative way of taking care of yourself.

This is not meant to be a knock against modern medicine or doctors (who do fantastic jobs), but this is simply offering an alternative.

Very often doctors prescribe expensive medicines or pills that have tons of negative side effects. A lot of people just do not respond well to it all.

So, for those people, this energy medicine presents a new way of keeping yourself healthy, in body, mind, and spirit.

The book is an especially good resource for those suffering through things like menopause, fertility issues, or hormone issues.

Even if you do not agree with what it says or if you are skeptical, the book is still a good read.

Given that it is under 400 pages, it can be read fairly quickly and it has a nice flow to it, so you will enjoy reading it even if you do not necessarily agree with what it says.

Cons

With regards to the actual content of the book, probably the biggest complaint is that the book focuses overly on health issues for women in early adulthood until menopause.

While there is some content for older women and younger women, the bulk of the information is clearly intended for women in their childbearing years.

Also, this might not be the best introductory book out there.

Someone who is unfamiliar with energy medicine might find some of the terminology confusing, reading a more introductory book to start with or following along with an online guide are both good ways of getting around this problem.
